Bearish inside bar number 12 at a glance is similar to the previous one, but differs in the usual price action.
How does the price move?
In the event of a bearish trend and reaching a relative minimum, therefore the opposite view to the previous one, the price movement following the inside will first be downwards, sometimes even beyond the minimum of the inside and then run upwards. The same movement will take place in the event of an uptrend or breakout .
The previous move will be very similar to figure 11, but the price after the inside will move in the opposite: first down and then up.
The operational idea:
- long over the maximum of the inside bar;
- stop loss on the minimum of the inside bar, on the close or on the minimum of the information bar;
- take profit as before.
